The Customer understands and agrees that in the event the Customer initiates a fraudulent chargeback and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for any Flipping A to Z and Pettway Holdings LLC product that they have received and in fact owe payment for, Flipping A to Z and Pettway Holdings LLC,  will make every effort to provide receipts, invoices, and additional documentation to the issuing bank that the Customer did receive the Flipping A to Z products including agreeing to the terms of this policy and Pettway Holdings, LLC will take additional legal actions if necessary.
