Very detailed and thorough! I have been following the Pettway’s for a long time now (Their 1st flip). They are definitely dropping success clues! When I purchased flipping from A-to-Z, it was at a whopping $99. Based on success clues That I have seen in others and where the Pettways are headed, one thing they should implement is telling investors, mentees etc., they need to get in before the prices go up!
